APPLICATION PROCESS GUIDELINES

A. NEW APPLICANT

Signup: Create an account using a permanent username and password.

Complete the Application Forms: Fill out all required application forms.

Attach Required Documents: Include the following documents with your application:

  1. Application Letter
  2. Editor Contracts
  3. First Journalist Contract
  4. Second Journalist Contract
  5. Business Plan
  6. Registration Certificate / RDB Certificate

NOTE:

  1. Payment should be made only after the Rwanda Media Commission (RMC) completes the application review. Once you receive a notification message, you can proceed with the payment.
  2. If you encounter any issues during your application process, please log in and continue until all steps are completed.
